Here is how Niipy protects your data.
Sign-in & access
You sign in to Niipy with Google, so we never store your password. Inside our team, each person can access only the data they need for their work.
Secure payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Niipy never sees or stores your card details.
What the REV score uses
The REV score uses only public data from your Google Business Profile and your website, and no data from social networks. Private profile data, such as views, searches, calls and direction requests, is read only after you sign in with Google and give your consent: you see it in your full report, and it never enters the score.
Data ownership
Your data stays yours: we don't sell it and we don't share it. For comparisons with similar businesses we only use aggregated, anonymous data. To deliver the service, we rely on established providers, such as Google and Stripe.
Retention & deletion
We keep data only as long as we need it to run the service or to meet legal obligations, such as keeping invoices. You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time by writing to hello@niipy.ai.
